You might not really want to change the foods you are eating, but you probably should. Not just because you could be eating healthier, but eating the same thing all the time can end up getting terdious, causing you to get pissed off, making you lose track of your real goal...losing weight.

Ham sandwiches, every day, for lunch? Eh, no way. I'd kill myself.

Lol i dont like many other foods. im a simple person.
so on this diet should i be be doin the cardio and weight training?

Both weight training and cardio are important...

you may want to talk to your parent or guardian or whomever does the feeding of you about your goals as well

So, you only eat cereal, ham and lasanga? That can't be too healthy.

I work in the culinary industry, so I've encountered a lot of people who "only" like certain foods. The best thing to do, if that's the case, is to try other foods. Sure, you might not like some of the new foods you try, but you'd be amazed at the foods you will actually love.

My mom was the same way for a long time, until I became a chef. She would only eat spaghetti, plain chicken (unseasoneed), hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza and sandwiches. She wouldn't eat seafood or things like tacos, asparagus, salsa, etc.

She had only eaten seafood once or twice in her life, but claimed that she didn't like it.

She had only eaten tacos once or twice in her life, but claimed that she didn't like them.

She had never eaten asparagus before, but claimed that she didn't like it.

She had never eaten salsa before, but claimed that she didn't like it.

Once I convinced her to at least try those things, she realized that she actually did like them. Now, she eats a huge variety of foods and actually looks forward to eating meals.

Nah i guess it aint healthy.
Just trying new things isn't it.
I will definetly try to try some new things as i do want to but i am really weird with the looks of food etc. lol
but thanks for the advice!!
