Helllo everyone!

I have binge-eating disorder.

I want to overcome it so bad. I tried writing food diaries but ended up not writing after a few days. So i decided to write it here where there is more pressure and motivation to note it down!

For tomorrow, i'll try to follow this menu:

the timings are like that because i have school.

breakfast (6.45am):
- 1 slice of bread
- a piece of fruit

break (11pm):
- a piece of fruit

lunch (1pm)
- wholemeal bread w/tuna OR chicken

(english semilar till 5pm)

dinner (5.30pm) (because i have tuition from 6 to 9)
- meal replacement drink
- maybe some stir-fried vegetables

Is this ok?

Hey there. I'm Annie.
I know how you feel. I deal with binge eating disorder too, and I think if you add some more protein/meat/eggs to your breakfast, you'll probably feel better, and binge less. I've yet to do this consistently, but on days when I do that, I find I binge and munch less than days when I have some toast for breakfast.

Also, do you actually find those meal replacement drinks satisfying? I read somewhere on here that they really aren't as good for you as just a nice, well rounded meal is.

Well, I hope I helped at least a little...

Hey there.

I don't think you need to be quite so hard on yourself. There's no reason ou can't eat the majority of your calories at night if that's what makes you comfortable and keeps you from binging.

You should eat a good healthy breakfast, since our bodies are conditioned to break a sleeping fast with food, but if you want to eat the rest of your meals at night, that should be just fine. :)

I will say that it doesn't look to me like you're eating enough. I don't know what you weigh, but at the very least, you should be eating around 1200 to 1500 calories, no matter what you weigh. The average woman weighing 130 lbs should be getting around 2000 calories a day to maintain that weight.

Thanks guys!

I havent been updating much but i'll start tmr already cos i have been rly busy these past few days

Went on a trip and just came back today and had late night snacks everyday!
Sitting after eating aint helping either since I have to board on the bus throughout the whole trip.

Too afraid to step onto the scale now.. i can already feel the weight gain sigh.

I have 33% body fat which is so not good. Im 16 btw.
Such a shame too esp since i am a Food and Nutrition student...
