Hello Everyone,
OK so this is my first week starting herbalife, I started on Monday and in my third day in.. I gotta say First day was really strange I felt like my body had way too much energy to the point that I felt like I was tired but couldn't sleep, second day I felt pretty good didn't feel any side effects not tired and didn't have to nap at all like I normally would, as for today I gotta say I feel like crap just dint feel so good, head hurts kinda feel hot, and not to mention I feel like I wanna puke.. Let me state I haven't done that, thanks goodness! I did feel like I cheated even though I am allowed to have 1200 to 1300 Calories and I have 10 left I broke down and ate a small handful of chips, I did catch myself counting out 21 chips because it was like 120 cal for that many, but I felt bad after eating them because I thought I would go over my cal intake for the day! Is all this normal when it comes to side effects and is it normal to break down and just eat what you want? I want to stick this all the way threw and follow threw but I am finding this week to be the hardest, I need to lose my weight to just to lose because I am getting married next year, but for the health factor of it all!
Any answers and helpful hint to how anyone got threw their first week would be appreciated!
