Hi everyone.
First off i would like to explain little about my myself before i start asking questions.
I am 28 5'8 212lbs. i have type 2 diabetes,severe sleep apnea,high cholesterol and Depression. i take medication for all of course.
Beginning late feb i quit alot of things which included of vicidion ( which i had been heavy user for more than 8 years ) , i quit eating meat including white. I strating going to gym everyday and stopped drinking diet coke which i drank alot of. I was laid off in Feb and do nothing during the day but sleep. I attend school at night and also go to gym late.
At gym i am currently up to 3.75 - 4.35 miles a day running,5 days a week with light weight training. When i started i was about 228lbs. but i seem to have plateued. I eat healthy. Also i mix up running conditions cause i know body can get used to same routine. So my question(s) are what can i do to help lose more weight?? My goal is to get lean not to get bulky. Will cutting weight training and focusing more on cardio help??
Thanks in advance and sorry for rambiling on.
