Hi,
This is my first message in here. I started lossing weight in July 06 and I've lost 16Kg so far.
I was 92kg and now I'm 76Kg. I'm very excited and I will post some before and after pictures when I get the time.
You could see my progress in the weight table as "Didacus".
Thank you very much for reading. I absolutly love this forum and it certaintly helped me so much to losse my weight. I was obesse and I'm now just a bit overweight.
