hi ...i am mehran .... i work out for 2 years but not continuously .. the first year i eaten creatin and amino acids and glutamin .... and gain some weight about 5 kgs ... and after that cycle ... i continue my working out but about 3 months i cut off and i lose weight about 4 kgs ..... and after that i working out for 3 months now and i want to be fit with this weight .. i mean 84 kg ... but i have a fat belly that really annoy me ... i do cardio ( 30 minutes running before training ) 3 times a week but still i have that belly ... i don't know what am i must to do that destroy this belly .... please help me
