I have a big journey to made... I must lose 20 kg.




Fresh fruit, but not all fruits, just: papaya, apple, orange, strawberry and a pineapple. And never mixed the fruit...if i eat in morning apple, i eat all day apples.
Don't eat more than 2 piece of fruit.

Vegetables...
I will eat soup, and my soup are very green. I use: leek, onion, broccoli, green kale, Chinese cabbage, savoy cabbage, endive, spinach, cabbage, celery, endive, eggplant and tomato.


In salad: lettuce, onion, wild chives, cucumber, rucola, parsley, tomato, red pepper, garlic, carrot, coriander...

Fresh Fish and meet...always grilled or weave.

To drink...water, tea or coffe.

Don't use artificial sweetener.


I know this way i can lose weight...but i need bee strong.


What do you say about this diet?
 
I would personally get tired of eating that....I would just eat heathy choices of food and count calories. I have been on diets like that I personally would crash since I love eating out.

Hopefully you have more will power than me.

It sounds fine.
But why so particular with the fruits and veggies. They are all good for you in moderation.

well...i need think and read more about count calories! At moment i don't have a good impression about. In my opinion the mixture of food are important, and must be very careful with carbohydrates; in special simple carbohydrate...and use just good fat with moderation.


A good diet...to normal person, without special needs of nutrients.

60% of vegetables
20% of fruits
10% of protein
10% of glucid

60% of raw food and 40% of cooked food.

I avoid mixture:
- Protein with carb;
-milk with sugar;
-eggs with meat;
-eggs with beans;
-French Fries with collard green(for example)

Good mixture:

-Cereals with allmost of aliments;
-eggs with allmost of aliments, except beans and meat
-protein with all vegetables
- Dry fruits with allmost aliments.
-Fruis with cereal or oilseeds
- milk products with cereal or no acid fruits
- vegetable and legumes with cereal oilseeds or protein

Glucid in the morning...protides and lipid to the lunch and dinner, for example.

Don't eat fruits after meals, but before, or like a meal sometimes.
Don't eat soup and salads in the same meal.
The meal should start with salad.

... off course it's very difficult to do, but i agreed with.


I have been on diets like that I personally would crash since I love eating out.

Hopefully you have more will power than me.


I don't have a better choice...i must to be strong enough. (and i like this plan...it's help). I must do not lose my emotion control...


Today:

In morning:

1 apple

In lunch:

salad, grilled salmon and soup

Afternoon:

1 apple

Dinner:

1 soup and grilled dourada (fish)


I have to detox my body, to get results.

These are my first choice for the next two weeks, than i will eat almost veggies, fruits; some fruits like bananas maybe not.

I really must discipline myself. And i hope share this experience.

Let me know how you are doing on this diet. I am very interested in this way of dieting. I have a hard time with just the word diet but to be limited and follow specific rules seems tough.

If you know this is something that would definetly work for you...I give you props for doing it.

yes, i will share my experience.

Today, my soup are made with 2 leek and onions and big salads before the meal.

I will eat grill salmon to lunch and for dinner will be grill turkey.


So for so good, i hope continue so easy. (Today i loked a cake, but resist.:drool5:)

Today i have a difficult day, but i have been soo devote with myself, it's a question of honor.

I think we must have a self-respecting with us...and we just show that respect with real action, not just with words. Give us a health diet are the primarlly act of respect for.
And for this reason i will continue...take care myself.:coolgleamA:


The biggest change ... was in my legs ...they aren't swelling at evening. And my stomach is also more smaller. I'm very happy...

Today my soup are with leeks and collard green.

fruits:1 papaya
drink: 1,5l water and 0,33 ml of kefir milk
protein: Salmon and sardine.



Someone drinks kefir milk? what do you think about...?
 
hi everyone!

Here’s my menu...

Breakfast:
- Organic Oat Bran (~28grams);
- Papaya;

Lunch:

A big green Salad (lettuce, watercress, onion and tomatoes)
A grilled chicken breast


Dinner:
soup (Cabbage and leek)
grilled fish (dourada)

I'm feeling good... (and i don't feel hungry.)

Exercised...15 minutes of "Elliptical Crosstrainer" and Walk for 30 minutes.

In future i'll go to pilates gym.

A small pineapple and 10 g flaxseed seeds on Mini-mixer.


In lunch:

Salad of Octopus (octopus, onions, coriander, galic, oliver oil, cider vinegar and salts)
Broccolis


Dinner

well...it will be a soup (spinach and leek)


Until now...i'm happy with the results. And i don't feel hungry...

A cup of strawberries pureed 400g...127 calories

Lunch:

soup ( I don't know the calories...leek and Green Cabbage)
grilled Chicken, Breast...231 calories. ( but i don't know if i'm right.)


Dinner:

1 cup of kefir milk...??cal
1/2 cup of Organic Oat Bran 44cal


I don't know very well ...ao much calories i have in my meals.
 
Today I'm thinking, if this information is true...ok, i allready think it's true, but...i don't have another opinions about it.

this value of 1200cal for women and 1500 for mens...that are exaclly right for all person...?


if women eat less than 1200 calories a day or men eat less than 1500 calories a day, then their body will slow their metabolism down and they'll be unable to lose weight. There is truth to this, but it's a little complicated. Basically, what it comes down to is that your organs uses a certain amount of calories simply to do their job. If you eat fewer calories than your body needs, your metabolism slows down to compensate and you head down a bad, bad road.

If you're interested in the effects of eating fewer calories than your body needs to survive, look into the effects of anorexia and "Starvation Mode".

Today i'm not very happy... my scale Weight doesn't right. At moment i don't know my real weight at the moment i had started my diet.

I make a rong diet today... just a soup and a portion of pineapple...

Well my diet had started in 03-07-2008.

My height: 5ft 4in / 163cm tall, with a current weight of 187.0lbs

At moment i don't know exaclly all calories ...but i know ..my soup have 800 g...and i never imagine this. lool

breakfast:

300g of raw pineapple - 150 kcal

At 10:00 pm: 200g of dodoni jogghurt - 142 kcal

Lunch:

400 gr of salad - 50 kcal

250gr grilled Gilthead seabream- 310 kcal

so far ...652 kcal.

For my dinner I have a 800gr of broccoli and leek soup (140kcal), and i have a cheese cream, fat free (54kcal) and a portion of quinoa (34kcal)


Well i had been eating 652 kcal, know i have 880 kcal...it's bad in your opinion i think.

But this portion of food i have been fine ...is low in calories, but i don't feel hungry at all.
 
what you keep missing though, is your long term success.. you're going to get to a goal weight or close enough -but you aren't really learning how to change your diet for the rest of your life tokeep you at your goal weight...

That was my weight for years...

I agreed...I will not eat this way to the rest of my life, not so rigorous certainly, but I'll be care with my weight and my health, i do not fall down, and make the same mistake another time.

I could have many reasons to lose a control of my healthy weight in the last 3 or 4 years, but nothing should be a schuss, to get so much weight. I just know i have to do the right think...lose weigh, eat health food and bring my life back.

At moment, I have many detalles to confront my experience with i have been reading in here...

If... I don't have a customary manner like an unconscious pattern of behavior ... I can't have that.

I understand what do you mean...but for now, i don't have another safe plan to do...because i like this food.
 
My lifestyle will be always based on many vegetables, some fruits, some dry fruits, some whole cereal grains...meat and fish.

I'll find a balanced when I get my weight...I could eat "things", sometimes.


I must be more carefull with my self, and be more atention. Everytime i have a big problem... I won't have that kind of behavior like eat, eat...like it was happens.
