My Diet

Hey everyone, I have this diet that I'm trying out and I am wondering something....first of all, it's an average and not an out of the ordinary diet. I'm simply exercising everyday losing 500 calories each day, eating healthier and a little less (nothing to harsh, just cutting back from the snacks) and gave up juices and soda for lent so I've been drinking water everyday. WOOHOOO. (surely I'm on the right track)

Also, as a little extra push, I am taking cylaris weight loss pills which give me no side effects and is actually doing its job by supppressing my heavy appetite and giving me more energy for my work outs.

So...I've begun my diet 5 days ago, and I know it may be bad but I am a very impatient person. So I am wondering when will i see results!! :toetap05:. (Here is what i mean about being impatient lol.) I plan on doing this diet for 3 months and am REALLY hoping to lose at least 20-30 pounds. So can anyone please tell me when i will see significant results couse i am so anxious. :banghead:.

I weigh 215 pounds and am 5'11 tall.

20-30 pds is a reasonable amt to loose in 3 mths. If by results, you mean loosing 1.5-2 pds a week (as per your goal) I'm sure you will start seeing those results within the 1st week of your new lifestyle change.

This is the hardest part of weight loss...the waiting. But it will all be worth it. Just keep up the good work :D
