I'm starting to cut it down now - this is from a few weeks back. On friday I have fish + chips for 10:00 supper..is that bad?
On sunday I have a chinese meal..thats got to be healthy right?
On every other day I take a multivitamin / mineral pill which has 18 vitamins / minerals, most of which are 50% RDA. I do this because I detest vegetables and can really only manage to eat carrots. With anything else, when I have it, I've got to eat it tastelessly (which is hard). Cooked parsnips make me feel sick. Maybe I'm complaining too much, but vegetables spoil anything I eat. Is it vital that I just try ignore this and eat them?
