hello everybody .. i just want to share with you my weight loss experience .. i'm 20 yrs old and i've been dieting since forever .. suffering from a severe case of "pear-shaped body", i tried many ways to lose weight ... excercising, diet pills, weight-loss tea, laxatives, dancing classes, diet doctors .. and finally i figured out that the only effective way is simply to "shut your mouth" .. unfortunately i don't really care how healthy my diet is .. i drink lots of things sweetened by diet sugar .. however .. i learnt that there shall be only one main meal to be eaten before 7 pm .. while you can drink lots of things (NOT SODA) and eat fruits throughout the day .. i love to drink cappuccino, or tea with milk .. it helps you to feel full .. and i always use skimmed milk .. when i started taking water and fibers into consideration, i started to like dieting .. it's weird how you wake up to find your tummy turned flat, water and fibers are natural laxatives .. they help eliminating food quickly .. for fibers: i drink orange juice or i eat apples.
My main meal consists of proteins (meat or chicken or fish or canned tuna or eggs) and maybe steamed (sauteed) veggies ... and i use spices.
i never feel like " I NEED TO HAVE BREAKFAST" .. nooo .. but whenever i skip this meal, my diet turns to a failure by the end of the day.
Never make yourself starve .. U R HUNGRY=U HAVE TO GO TO EAT IMMEDIATELY.. or just drink anything
I try to decieve my body .. by eating a brownie or any sugary thing (only in the morning) .. because following this kind of diet warns your body that it's not recieving enough food .. so your metabolism rate decreases .. and whenever i lose control infront of pasta or pizza .. i can feel them stored in my body .. lol .. that's normal .. your body is saving food.
I can chew free sugar gum all day long and finally i drink again about 1.5 liters of water before going to bed.
p.s. u can guarantee at least 2 visits to the restroom while sleeping at night.
