Ya know what? I ate chorizo last Tuesday. 
Try to get out of the mindset of food being inherently bad or good. Chorizo isn't bad. Eating a LOT of chorizo is bad. But look at the nutritional value:
1 link/4 oz - Calories: 200, Total Fat: 10g, Carbs: 1g, Protein: 19g
A scrambled egg burrito with a little chorizo is a decent choice. Yeah, it's a bit high in fat, so you'll have to watch your fat intake the rest of the day, but even so, for that 200 calories, you're getting a nice bit of protein.
It's all about balancing out. Take smaller portions of what they offer if it's unhealthy ... and try to balance it out with healthier choices later.
Don't give up a couple of days with a friend because of food. It's not worth it.
Go, have a good time, and make the best choices you can in the circumstances.
