I have decided to start myself on a low calorie and exercise program. Something I created myself. I would like some feedback, weather positive or negative
Usually for breakfast I eat less than 200 calories
Breakfast
- 1 1/2 cup Mixed Berries and sometimes I will add a serving of plain Greek Yogurt.
-Always keeping my caloric intake under 200
Lunch
- Either a serving of Whole wheat pasta with a serving of Prego tomato sauce or a mixed nuts, oats and cranberry bar
-Usually always under 200 calories, always under 300 calories
Dinner
-Either a whole chicken breast with brown rice or a single serving of unaltered canned tuna (usually the tuna).
-Always less than 300 calories
I use this along with at-least 30 minutes of exercise a day, fallowed by body weight exercises every other day (100 push-ups)
I am a male, I am 5' 9", and I started at 175ish and has gone to 169 in about 2 weeks. Only exercising the past week. I weigh myself in the mornings.
All around I feel healthy and my stomach does not bother me. No hunger pains
Is this un-healthy for me?
