Hello... I am new here - this is my first post.
I am getting married on July 28th 2007 and just like any other bride, I would love to look my best on that day. I have an extra reason and that is, I want to look and feel the best EVERY DAY of my life.
I don't have much to lose, I am 5'4" and currently 125 pounds, I am fairly active and I plan to be a size 2, or aroun 116 pounds (number don't really count).
I have always been around 116 or so pounds, but four years ago, I made the mistake to let myself go and reached 150 pounds. I joined weight watchers and lost the extra weight, but I cannot lose the last 9 pounds or get to the old size 2 that I have always been at.
I have been trying for the last two years, but without success. I go to the gym 3 times a week and I watch what I eat... most of the time.
I am not sure where to start or what else to do, but today is the first day of a different way of looking at things, so I am looking for suggestions and support.
My dress is a size 2 (when I ordered and tried it on, I was a size two), but of course that was a year ago and I have gone through some trauma where - I relied on food for comfort. The dress is a little tight on me, because of being at size 4 now - but it's not the dress that I am worried, I just want to lose this weight permanently and lose it right.
Your replies are greatly appreciated.
