I kinda been neglecting getting any new posts up because I've just been so active as of late that I just didn't have the time to sit down and use the computer. I'm now doing almost 10 miles a day! I mostly been walking but I try to do a jog (or fat man attempt at running) every 5 to 7 min for as long as I can til I need to slow down. I've noticed since I began doing this I've seen my waist size drop. As of right now the only pants I owned when I started that I can still wear are the ones that have strings built in but even those are starting to feel big. I don't go to the doctor until the end of March so I'm not going to weigh in til then because I don't want a number on a scale to make me lose my mojo.
My biggest pitfall thus far has been I haven't been eating enough. I didn't know this but apparently even if you exercise a lot but your not eating enough food your weight will be harder to get rid of.
The best thing about my journey to find health is that I'm just a happier person now and I'm actually starting to do things I want to do but never did. Life is just so awesome and by the way I actually had to stop taking my diabetes meds because my blood sugars were just way to low. I've been checking it often and if they rise I'll go back on however the last 2 weeks they've been at levels that are good for non diabetics.
