:hurray: I got to the end of week 1:)

So pleased with myself, it's been hard going:(

I've lost 9 pound  How amazing is that!

Still got a long way to go, but I'm off to a good start x

Hey... Welcome, even though you have already been Welcomed...
and Congrats on your big loss. Have you joined one of the challenges. I don't do the points challenges, because I know I would be booted, but they had a March 2lb a week challenge and they have the Birthday Challenge, where you post your goal weight and your weight you actually are and lost ..
it can be fun ...

and if you want, you can start a diary and tell us all about your good weeks and other ones ...

but anyway ..
again ...Welcome and congrats

always

Welcome and congrats on your big first week. Just do a little more each week, and pretty soon those habits change in no time. You will feel the pull of the old soon inough, but remeber it's not what you did yesterday, but what you do today rightnow that matters.

There is great support here, which is the one ingredient we all need and have in common.

Best wishes, and good luck
Brian

Good job, but do know that probably MOST of that is water loss. You'll lose a significant amount of weight when you first start out, and when you start doing it more often, you'll lose less and less weight each time. This is not to discourage you, but to keep you informed and warn you of future potential disappointments. Just keep going at it, eventually the stubborn fat will start to go away

Congrats on your first week! I know it must feel awesome to see results after your hard work! Keep it up...it takes time, but will be so worth it.

Im pretty new to the board too, and just love it around here. Everyone is very supportive, and there is just so much to learn and help keep you motivated!

Congrats!
