This is my body.. what can i do to get it nice and thin..
took me loads to put this on here.. im so embarased with my body :(
any help on what i can do... would be great.

Your all ready thin. You need to add some muscle in my opinion. Do you want to be like Rocky then? He isnt thin. What are your goals?
 
its basicaly the fat around my thighs (love handles) and the pudgey bit on my stomach that i want rid of.. then id go on to working on the weights again.

and im 14stone there.. i want do drop down to about 12 and a half.
 
I just saw first pic. Did you add others after? You do need to "tone up"

Start off putting a diet plan together and then a training plan.

Do you do any exercise at the mo?
 
just running on a early mornin.. bout 7-8ish.. and i do a lil weights but im stopping those till im slimmer.
And as for a diet im lost. i never know what to eat on a diet.. when i think of a diet all i think is salads.. i dunno anything else.

I don't think you need to stop weight lifting. Weights won't make you fat. You will lose muscle strength and size if you stop lifting.
 
yeah i know what you mean but i was thinkin that im best off concerntrating on me getting thin.. because that what i wanted. i mean beign 17 and having a stomach doesnt go down well with the ladies lol.
 
Lift weights. Muscles burn calories 24/7. the more muscle you have the quicker you burn fat. Cardio, weights and diet are the way forward.

Right on! Dude I shed about as much body fat as you got in about 3-4 months time via cardio/weights/ridiculous change in diet! Start reading and good luck!
 
new pictures are coming soon :).. feeling a lil bit better bout my self..

my pictures will be on when i find my lead for my camera.. i havent lost much but i feel as thought i have lost weight.. and i didnt stop lifting.. still doing it. but ive been doing everything in the same day.. like legs, arms and shoulders etc... but i was thinking if im best off doing it in parts.

do u think thats better? or shud i keep doing what im doing...
