My 183 pound curse

I have been cutting for about 8 weeks now really trying to lower my fat percentage. I started out at 202 pounds and i am now down around 185. The thing is though i have stopped. I get down to 183 pounds and i can't go any lower then it seems to go back up again. It has roller coastered up and down about 3 times now. Should i mix up my diet? Eat more? Eat less
My diet
Breakfast: Medium size bowl of cereal usually something healthy like smart start.
Lunch: Sandwich on wheat bread with low fat turkey or ham and a small slice of cheese
After School meal(around 3) one hard boiled egg with a glass of water and a handful or two of raisins or craisins
Dinner: Lean meat such as beef or chicken i hate fish. Sometimes italian such as lasagna or spaghetti.

I usually do cardio 2 to 3 times a week but it is pretty intense cardio usually lasting half and hour to 45 minutes. I lift 5 times a week on a toning routine with high amounts of reps with lower weight. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

You have to remember that as your weight changes, your macro requirement changes with it.

Re-check your macro requirement for fat loss.

I would go with lower reps as well, not 1rm's, but lower. I'm assuming you're doing 8-12, or more?

yeah i am doing reps of 12, 10, then 8. My body fat % is 22 so i don't think i should be eating 5 meals a day or should i? what is the best way to keep track of what you eat? I know I should pay attention to the percentages of what i am eating like protein and carbs but i am not exactly sure how to go about that......

NO no, you have it wrong. You need to be eating often, your body will always be breaking down, they don't necessarily have to be "meals," but something. And don't eat to be full each time obviously.

Start writing down exactly what you ate, protein, fats, carbs...the details within those as well. is decent to keep track of basic stuff, but they don't have everything, so you have to put in stuff as well.

I think you could go a tad lower on the reps as well, another set of 6 would be good, just my opinion though.

yeh that's basically what i was gonna say. It may sound strange but it's possible that you're not eating enough (correct my if i'm wrong) i do know for sure though that your meals should be more frequent
