muscles turn to jello after workout

hey
when i first start my workout my muscles like my chest or whatever get all nice ne rock solid ... feels good ... but then about half way or a bit after they begin to turn to jello .... then after the workout theyre all jello'd out. just wondering if this is normal or if im lifting improperly ... i hate jello :(

yeh thats normal. you get pumped with blood during exercise then your muscles get knackered and rebuild. its good shi*.

and everyone likes "jello".

You know.. I was actually thinking the same thing. I like the rock solid look when i'm working out and I used to get discouraged when that look went away. Later I realized that the muscles were rebuilding, so I'm not so discouraged now.

thnx alot ... thats what i sorta thought .. about them building when theyre jelly ... just wanted to be sure about it.
i am no longer a jello hater .... i love jello *in bill cosby voice*

yah i noticed the same thing after im done working out as well. My muscles will be jello for the rest of the day after i worked out but then the next day comes and they tighten up so it makes me think its like this for almost everyone.
