Muscle Fatigue

I'm having an issue with muscle fatigue during my weight training. It's very odd. I will power through my first two sets and then I will power through the first six reps of my 3rd set. At that point I ussually lose steam 50% through my lift and no matter how hard I will it, I cant get it uhhh..lol..lift the weight. The wierd thing is that it happens so suddenly. It's not like "wow these are getting gradually harder".. it's like a stop sign on the freeway.

1!2!3!4!5!6!sevfffffffffffffu$%$^&^get it get it get it!!!spoooooooooooot!

Thats kind of how it happens. Anyways, I don't know why it comes on so instantaneously. Can somebody please enlighten me and perhaps offer a solution. I've tried going down in weight, but it just seems too easy.

I superset my exercises so that I'm constantly moving.
So an example would be
150 x 8 on the bench press
70 x 8 spider back row
and then right back to the bench. I would say the time that takes is probably a little over a minute per exercise at most.

You mean you're taking no rest at all? That would make your mistake very obvious.

If you're supersetting for hypertrophy, you should rest 60-90 seconds between each superset.

Switch the supersets to antagonistic sets.

Example:

Perform 1 set of bench press, rest 60s, perform 1 set of barbell rows, rest 60s, and repeat. Antagonistic sets can actually increase your performance.

Examples:

Skull crushers and barbell curls

Bench press and barbell rows

Military Press and hammer curls
