Hi,
I haven't had my baby yet (got about a month to go) but I thought I'd start doing my weightloss research now. I was a little overweight when I got pregnant, and have put on around 28lbs so far, so I expect to have some weight to lose to get myself back down to my goal weight of 119 - which is in the middle of the healthy range for my height.

I have improved my diet over the last 5 weeks or so - eating more fruit and veg, ensuring that I get enough (pregnancy appropriate) exercise and most importantly not bingeing. I have been a major yo-yo dieter in the past....

As baby is due at the beginning of Nov, and I will be breast feeding, I don't plan on doing anything too serious about my weight until 1st Jan, but do plan to continue to eat a fairly healthy (though not perfect) diet, and to gradually get back into exercise once I've had the baby - probably just starting with some gentle walks with the baby...

I would like to acheive my goal by my birthday at the beginning of july...
