MTA Weight loss diary.

Hey everyone. I'm a 26 year old male that weighs close to 200 pounds. My main goal is to lose belly fat, atm I have man boobs and look pregnant :(

I've been doing this since Tuesday.
B = Breakfast L = Lunch D = Dinner

Tuesday up to Friday I had the same food everyday which was

Fruit Pot for lunch (50 calories) and rice and vegetables for dinner (400 calories) today however I had Chicken steak and vegetables for dinner (250 calories)
 
Hello MTA and welcome to the forum. Congratulations on taking your future into your own hands! That said: only eating 450 kcal a day is going to be VERY hard to maintain and puts you at risk for nutritional deficiencies. Are you being supervised by a doctor?
