Hi all, I just wanted to introduce myself somewhere other than the weight loss diary. I just turned 23 on the 1st, I graduated college in May of 2007 and now have a good job. I met my now husband in May of 2006 and I guess because I became so happy with life, I started to put on some weight.
I'm 5'9" and I want to lose about 20 more pounds (so far I've lost about 25). I gain weight in my hips like any good woman (lol) and my husband says it's ok that I lose weight as long as I don't lose my backside too much.
I'm very into learning fitness tips and new exercises or machines that have worked well for you. I have access to my college's gym so the equipment is there, I just need to learn to utilize it better.
Anyways, nice meeting all of you, I would appreciate any feedback!
