Hello everyone,

The title says exactly what's going on in my life. I decided to stop blaming the dryer for shrinking my clothes and do something about my weight. I didn't know what to do but my brother in law is a personal trainer who runs marathons. One day I figured it was goal I could set for myself just to stay on track. Things happened that almost made me go back to the drawing board but I overcame a little stumble and that is where I am now. I created my own website to keep me going to at . I put up a blog on my workout days and videos once a week. Don't worry the only thing I'm looking to sell their is hope and inspiration. If I am doing it anyone can, if you get knocked off your horse, forget the horse and do it yourself.

Hey,

Great story. Very inspiring.

What's your secret? If you had to list just three things that keep you going what would they be?

Love the idea of the video diary. This will be very inspiring.

Good Luck, you rock dude. :hurray:

:cheers2:

3 things is easy...

1. Watching my kids grow up. I feel it would be selfish of me to eat myself to death and leave them here without their dad.

2. Seeing and feeling progress. The more it happens the more I want to stay the course.

3. The feeling I had after I was picked up for not keeping pace at Disney last year. It's something that can't be explained but it was a lesson in humility. I never want to fell the way I did on that day again.

Lastly, if there is a secret it has to be patience. If you aren't patient, you won't stay the course.
