Move Away Calories

So, we need to burn off more calories. Here are a some
ideas that may help out . It is obvious that walking more will
burn off more calories. So, instead of having your spouse or kids
get you something from the kitchen, or wherever, get up and
get it yourself.

Another thing that you can do is to make several trips - on purpose.
If you know you are going to need to get your shoes and your keys,
then just get your shoes and put them on. Then make
the extra effort to get your keys.

Instead of letting your dog (if you have one) out in the yard,
take it outside for a walk. You can also just play with your dog.
Your dog will love you all the more and you will reap the benefits of
some quality time with your dog.

Just standing more will burn off a few more calories each day.
