Motivational Problems

Hi guys...

The more I read and the more I talk to people I realize that the single most re-occurring problem people have has to do with things like motivation/initiative.

For me it has always been a problem...And I started to think lately and have found out why...I start off too strong and I have a "weekend warrior" mentality. I end up giving too much effort and give up shortly.

Anyways...I was just wondering, what do you guys do to stay motivated?

Music with a techno-like beat helps me a lot...I'm sure having a partner would also increase my motivation...what about you?

Results, IMO, is probably the most important motivator for us all...the problem though is you have to be patient to get that and that's where a lot of people fail...if only they knew what was waiting for them at the end of the road...
 
Do you mean, when you actually at the gym?

In my opinion, motivational problems can be a lot to do with diet. A poor diet can make people lazy and tired.
