Motivation Problems!!! Help

So, I have been going to the gym for a few good years. I would have dips in my attendance from time-to-time. However, lately, I have been seeming to DREAD going to the gym. if i can get myself there, i don't "feel like" doing any activities. and i have plenty of time to work out, so its not a time issue. Any thoughts of what this could be, and how i can work on fixing it? my eating used to be the problem, and now I eat okay but cant get myself to the gym. gah. help me :( i want to lose weight again haha... :(
 
How about instead of the gym you do something you actually enjoy life trying a sport?
If you dread something that much it's unlikely you'll stick to it in the long run.
On the other hand I find I dread exercise but once I get into the routine of it again I feel lost without it. Takes a few times of kicking yourself in the ass but you'll get there!
