So, I have been going to the gym for a few good years. I would have dips in my attendance from time-to-time. However, lately, I have been seeming to DREAD going to the gym. if i can get myself there, i don't "feel like" doing any activities. and i have plenty of time to work out, so its not a time issue. Any thoughts of what this could be, and how i can work on fixing it? my eating used to be the problem, and now I eat okay but cant get myself to the gym. gah. help me
i want to lose weight again haha...
