Motivation help

Well, I've changed my sleeping schedule to accommodate school and all, but there's one problem: I can't seem to fit in exercise. I rely on Dance Dance Revolution for the Playstation 2 as my primary source of cardio, and I would usually do it at 9:00 every night. Because of my readjusted cycle, I just don't have the will to do it at that particular time. Afternoons I find it hard to do anything because well...I hate afternoons. I do own an exercise bike, which I did use a few days ago, however, I could only manage 20 minutes with 295 calories burned. About a year ago, I could go for 40 minutes and burn 580 or so calories, which helped me slim down relatively, but 20 minutes just won't cut it. As far as DDR is concerned, I usually do about an hour, unless I'm feeling not quite right, then it may be about a half hour. I eat little during the day, so I think I'm alright there, except for the fact that I love bagels, but I don't see that as a major issue. And I've also been eating my sandwiches open-faced, which I actually find better tasting. Anywho, all I need now is a new schedule to fit in my exercise. I would've stuck to 9:00 if I wasn't feeling so damn tired. What time would fit best?
 
20 minutes is better than no minutes.

Just make yourself do it in the afternoons. I'm extremely tired after work but I force myself to goto the gym since with my school schedule I don't have time before work when i wake up (I work nights so when I wake up its night).
