Morning rush..

Alright.. couldn't think of a good title, or if this is in the right spot, but here goes..

How do some of you get going into your exercises when you first wake up??

I myself, would like to get up in the morning, and go for a run before work, but I have a hard time running for 3 miles, eventhough I can do it just fine if I've been up for hours already.. It's just that morning rush.. I get out of breath really easy, and feel... eh.. kinda weak?? But, I feel fine other wise..

I'd run after work, but I work nights, swing shift, so I don't want to run at 1:00am.. I do run on the weekends just fine, but it's always towards the evening, and after I've been up for hours.

I work 10 hour shifts.. What I don't want to do is get up several hours before work, just to exercise.. I need sleep too!!

make sure to warm up first thing in the morning before jumping right into your run. This will give you time to "wake up" and get more energy for your workout! Stretching before your workout may also help you get going!
