Morning cardio?

i almost always do my workouts - which are pretty light by many people's standard's on this forum - in the morning on an empty stomach, mostly out of preference - feels like it starts the day off with more energy than just getting up. but i dont think it "burns more fat". as long as you're getting your exercise in there somewhere you're on the right track.

sorry about the technical stuff... i just take it out of the book too so i'm learning just as you guys are ^_^ good thing spockafina is here to translate it into OUR language!

i tried doing cardio on an empty stomach (not in the morning but 7 pm and i ate breakfast and lunch) and both of them ended me up yawning while doing weight training and becoming sluggish and easily tired. Each time this happens... first thing the resident trainer asks me was "did you eat something before working out? you should you know."

Also... i got a freebie bottle of Lifetime Sports Nutrition creatine monohydrate and one of the other ingredients aside from Mg Stearate, Gelatin, and water is.. guess what-White Rice Powder! (a simple carbohydrate)

I don't know why they put it there but there has to be a good reason
