Hellooooooo to all you future friends and current strangers! I am new 2 this whole forum thing... I am hoping to find some support and extra motivation and i thought i would be a great place 2 find others like me at the beginning of a very long and hopefully successful journey! Ummm... I am 23 and last i checked a month ago i weighted 168... haven't checked since... i don't really want 2 haha.
i had been good the 1st 3 weeks, i went 2 the gym 5 days at a week for over an hour... but then i went 2 visit a friends college for a week and needless 2 say i drank everyday... negative progress!!!! i got back last Tuesday 19th, and i have gone 2 they gym everyday since...
Plan: going to a personal trainer mon/wens/fri with my mom for a hour! on tues/thurs/sat I'll go to the gym and do a hour of cardio and then weights for as long as i can stand them... and crunches every day!!!!
Diet: ummmmm trying 2 cut out carbs, not completely just sparingly eat whole wheat bread. NO MORE DRINKING!!!! ever!!! maybe a single glass of wine here and there... which means my social life is pretty much out the window. ha ha
