I've been on a fitness/lifestyle drive since late-November and have so far dropped from ~250 to 222lbs. 5 days/wk gym and sensible diet.

I feel infinitely better and certainly have more energy in my daily life. My diet is reasonably balanced, could use more protein but I'm broadly balanced and have eliminated sodas/junkburgers and heavily processed foods.

But I'm wondering if I'm becoming more moody/impatient.

Has anyone else noticed a lack of patience with the world in general or is it just me?

In some ways I think I've become less inclined to procrastinate so maybe this impatience is a good thing. I just wondered if anyone else has noticed any 'mental' effects of a lifestyle change.
 
maybe youre just upset or frustrated you cant eat all of the food you wanted to it. or maybe you deprive your self too much. if it is not true to you, then, i dont know what is the reason behind that.
