Mom of one, trying to lose weight

Hi all,

I was looking for this kind of forum, where I can have some company with fellow weight losers. I am glad I found it.

Here is short introduction about myself.

I am 5'4"(160cms) and weighing 65kgs(143lbs). I had a baby two years ago. So I have lot of belly fat..
My ideal weight is 58kgs(128lbs).
I am pure vegetarian..sometimes I eat egg (but very very rarely). I am trying different things to lose weight, but I lack consistency. I think that is the reason for my failure.

Now I joined a gym and doing 30mins cardio and trying out some weight training..should see how the results come.

if you have any tips or anything to share, please feel free to reply.

Welcome to the forums! I also have a toddler turned two in July. She's a joy and I am trying to get healthy so that I can keep up with her! Haha.

Anyway, I'm confident that you will find the support that you are looking for here. There is also a ton of useful information in the sticky posts in each topic.
