Missed periods due to exercise???

Hi, I have just started working out the last 3 weeks and I am late for my period...

It was due 2 weeks ago so im wondering if starting an exercise regime can affect this.

I go to the gym 4 times a week and do cardio for about 45mins each time. Thanks in advance.
 
That doesn't sound like it's an excessive amount -

However what does your diet look like (how many calories a day are you getting, and where are those calories coming from)
What are your current stats?

Is there a possibility of pregnancy (if you've been having sex, 1. I'm jealous, 2. There's a possibility)

Has anything changed in your birth control - and if your weight has changed significantly it could affect your birth control - -
 
my period is also 2 wks late...i took a preggy test and it was negative..thank GOD! But I guess sometimes being late is just part of the package.
