milk

I am very fond of milk and i drink a lot each day as its good for my bones and my family has a history of bone diseases mainly arthritis. I don't like full fat milk which is probably good, but i dont like skimmed milk either. i only drink semi-skimmed, is this good for me as im trying to lose a bit fat of my belly and thighs!?!?!?
 
Milk has high carbohydrate and fat content. Limit yourself. Drinking excess will ruin any diet attempts. I posted in your other thread...have a look for tips.
 
Trust me...I went from a homo drinker to a skim milk and now a next to nothing milk drinker over the last few years.

If I can do it...anyone can. It's pretty simple actually. And you will find that you will enjoy the taste of skim milk once you get use to it. If I even sip homo now..I feel like I am drinking pure cream. I can't believe I ever drank it!

milk is great for you
It has casein protein along with a full chain of amino acids. It is great for you're muscles, and along with that ... fat loss. Of coarse keep it skim milk.
And don't go overboard with it.
