Hello Everyone! I am 30 yrs old and have been in the Air Force for over 10 years. Yes I'm in the military and it's time I finally get back into what the Air Force likes to call "War Ready, Fit to Fight". This was primarily spurred by a failed fitness test. The result were a slap in the face and big reality check.
My starting weight as of 22 Feb 10 was 6'0" 220.8lbs with 39.1% body fat. My goal is to be 180lbs and have a bfp of <20%. Through multiple resources in the military and support on here, I know my goal can and will be accomplished. I think my personel struggles are lack of physical activity, portion control, and not eating more often throughout the day. Alot of times I will skip breakfast, pig out on fast food for lunch and snack between meals.
Please feel free to comment and provide encouragement where you might have experience or professional knowledge.
Thank you and I look forward to becoming a Big Loser while gaining a new life!
