I joined this forum on Jan 28, 2015 with weight of 111.3 Kgs
Today morning it was 99.1 Kgs
Total loss = 12.2 kgs = 26.9 lbs
Few things I would like to update:
1. I did not go to gym for last 3 months
2. I am doing weight loss using ketosis
3. I made my own soylent which tastes great and gives me around 350 calorie deficit every day. If you want to make your own soylent, go to diy.soylent.me. Make sure you know what you are doing. if you do it wrong, you are in serious health trouble. Don't mess it up. Best is to copy existing recipe for ketogenic soylent and modify as needed.
I like my soylent more than my food . I also put phytonutrients in it.
