Mid Upper Chest

I have problems improving my upper chest mid section size, the bottom is ok but the upper doesnt get bigger so im starting to have boobies lol...

here are a few pictures of the whole chest i want... how its evened out..

i want that bulky upper chest so it will even out with the mid and lower area .

Im 23 6'1 195lbs with about 10% fat

My chest workouts are ...

Monday i do Incline barbell with 205 3x8 normal/wide grip
Wednesday i do Bench with 235 3x8 normal/wide
then bend over cables and cross 3x10
Friday i do Dumbell incline with 75 3x12
then dumbell bench with 95 3x10

I do other workouts, but its the chest area im not having any luck with. The gyn at the school i go to is limited on things, it doesnt have the peck deck machine... and the cable exercise is something i happened to make out of 2 lat pull down machines lol... and we have incline and bench and a few dumbells.

i dont take any supplements, just eat some stuff before and after working out.

My chest is similar to LL cool Js picture right here... how the bottom and mid chest is there but not as much mass on the upper mid section...

Also what kinda workouts would i need to do to get arms like that??? ANyone know of a good workout to get huge arms? and any advice? thank you for your time everyone. My first day here :rolleyes:
 
There are a number of reasons your chest may not be developing the way you'd like. Genetics may be a reason, the exercises you're doing may be another reason; that said - the pictures you've posted are of guys who more than likely are juiced up.
 
Try this!

240...Their is a Pec Bell System that would blow your chest out of the water! It works your pecs COMPLETELY and the resistance of this equipment causes quick amazing results! I've never seen stuff like theirs anywhere.
 
with time you will get it. try using exercises that work the inner pecs, so you get that rip in ht emiddle. im going for the sasme thing

So how the heck does that work?? im not getting it, there is a pic of a guy holding almost like dumbells in front and then just pushes them out? or is this supposed to be him laying down on his back??? Now, why pay that much for that when you can just use dumbells am i correct?, because there is nothing fancy here and no cables or nothing... just differently set up dumbells. from what i can tell..

Hey, I thought and said the same thing too when this guy showed me them. I was like what the heck is that! It looked like some foreign dumbbell contraption thing I had never seen before. But then when I tried them...oh junk, it's like certain parts of your muscles you never felt before gettin pumped. He explained it this way, he said with dumbbells the weights are at the end of the arms, which makes it harda for you to control your movements. But with the Pec Bells the weights are centered like so many inches or so from your fist to your forearm. Now you get more leverage and better control when doing your movements, which lets you work that whole muscle out.

Like when you doing bench flys its heaven because your arms stay more straight and able to control the movement. All their stuff is like specially designed to make you exercise straight and correct. Your muscles get the whole BANGIN workout! :D I like it. It works for me.

So what else are you trying to do to improve your chest? Anything new that's workin for you?
