Are you hungry before lunchtime rolls around?

A cup of non fat vanillia yogurt (I like columbo), and a scoop of dry quaker oats is wonderful. It's healthy, simple, and filling. i recently discovered this and it's worked it's way into my daily diet.

On average (but not always) I have about 3 meals before the clock ticks 1pm.

If its refined white sugar free as well, I would agree its a healthy snack combo. And, yes, oats can be filling. Ever make old fashioned oat meal, put a little water in it, and microwave it for a few minutes, and the water is absorbed? When I eat it my stomach tends to swell (or a feeling of fullness) I think it has something to do with the oats swelling in the stomach with the stomachs associated liquids (blood, bacteria, water, etc)
 
Dude, water in the oatmeal is for pussies :p You gotta use milk all the way bro! :D Gives you some complete protein to go with the oats too, + it tasts alot better :D

Karky is Sparky!.....But this is Malarky! :) DUDE........Be a REAL MAN! Add a serving of Natty Peanut Butter, raisins, and a Banana...to the oatmeal......with water of course.....Dude......wake the hell up! :)

I add a scoop of protein powder,almonds, and rasberries to that mix
