I'm in my mid 20's and have struggled with weight in middle school. Before I started high school, I started being active. The summer before high school I was in great shape and I continued that all through high school and my first year of college. I stopped playing sports in college. Before college, I would say I went out to eat at a fast food restaurant 4 times a year. I started going too frequently during college, once or twice a week, and that, coupled with the lack of activity started me towards a downfall. Anyway, my weight fluctuated between 165 - 175 throughout high school. I'm currently 5' 10" and 235. I'd love to get back to 175. I've been roughly 230-235 since 2005, and in 2006 I went on a diet and dropped to 190 only to gain it back quickly.
I've lost interest in doing many social things and I used to love to be social. I'm searching for the motivation currently. I'm armed with all the information I need; it's just a motivation issue with me.
