Methods to tighten stomach/chest area?

I am fairly skinny(6''2 165p) but at the moment it would seem I have loose skin/flab on my chest, belly and hips. I'd like this to be completely gone. I have been on a diet and went from 182 to 162-165 in about 2 months, which is pretty good, but I am still not toned as I want. I am eating very healthy, but I don't think this is going to change it.

When I was 13(22 now) I was short and chubby, but then one year I grew about a foot and lost a long of weight. Ever since then my skin in these areas only feels looser than it should. Granted, I don't exercise those areas hardly at all, but I do play sports quite a bit?

Can anyone recommend what foods to eat, what excercises to do, or just generally what I could do to tighten these areas up? I want to get fairly toned.

Read the thread in the exercise area called "the Conceptual Side of Weight Lifting". That will tell you a lot about the type of exercises you need to do.

As far as eating: focus on protein, then complex carbs, then healthy fats. Getting enough protein will help you to develop and maintain lean muscle mass.
