im a typical asian and Ive been trying to get a six pack but Ive realized that my abs are really screwed up. Is there any way to change this? I know there are stuff like genetics and things ive been hearing but Im pretty sure my abs werent like this at first. I think. Is there any way to change this? I think Im working out incorrectly since im just doing sit ups but please comment and tell me what I should do. I hate how retarded it looks and Im even thinking about gaining weight so it wont show too much.
