More on medifast success

I lost about 80 lbs on medifast. I need to be really careful about my calories (I'm 54 and the body just s-l-o-w-s down at a certain age I guess!). I found it impossible to keep my calories at 1000 or below. The controlled portions really helped me get a handle on how much I eat in a day. I tried hard to count calories and points before trying Medifast, but I really had no success. With Medifast, the weight just kept coming off--about 2 pounds a week. I have been this size and weight for almost a year now and use medifast products just too keep it off. I eat regularly most of the time but if I see the scale inching up, I go right back on.

Someone mentioned that the products were expensive, but actually it only costs about $2 a meal--about $10 a day to use medifast foods. That isn't really any more than just eating! The difficulty is that you have to buy the food in advance so you have to lay it out. Once you get the first package, you save SO much money not eating regular food and if you just put that away, you have the cost of next month's food ready for you next shipment.

Anyway, as you can see, I'm a real Medifast fan! But it's only because I am now the size I've wanted to be for years and am feeling so great! I am eternally grateful for this product. I thought I was just going to be fat forever, and now I'm a really cute grandma!

Re:

I have on Medifast since last October, and lost nearly 150 pounds. I still have a long way to go, but not - this is not a liquid diet. I MF 5 meals a day plus one "and green" meal -. Included with flat somewhere around 1000 calories a day meals Medifast shakes, hot and cold drinks, soups, cakes and oats (damn nice) bar.

I have a liquid diet for a long time under the care of a physician, and is much better - I lose weight fast, but I do not feel "boring", I practice, I feel good, I'm agile,
