I am addicted to meat and was wondering how bad it is for me.  Up until age 18 (I am 25 now) I always enjoyed vegetibles more and only ate meat about twice a week.  Now I am consuming it for all three meals a day.  Each morning I will literally hamburgers, steaks, chicken and whatnot just for breakfast.  Lunch and dinner is the same but I end up eating much more.
Luckily, I don't gain weight (or a gut) but I am still curious if it is hurting me in the long term.
