here's what my meals look like:

breakfast - cheerios w/ fat free milk
morning snack - all natural applesauce
lunch - vegetable stir fry w/ chicken
afternoon snack - wheat thins or applesauce
dinner - pasta w/ chicken or chicken w/ vegetables
night snack - hagaan daaz 1/2 fat ice cream or more applesauce
 
Breakfast - either egg whites and cheese on rye toast or a bowl of oatmeal
Lunch - SmartOnes
Afternoon snack - 100 calorie small bag of kettle corn or 100 calorie snack
Dinner - sometype of grilled or bake chicken and lots of veggies or a salad
Snack - haven't really been having them, but I do have a banana or a couple crackers after my workout.
