Me&Mine

Evening friends.
This is my first post and it's just to let anyone who is interest know a bit about myself and my goals.

So to begin I am 18 years old, about 180cm talls and weigh around 75-80kg, last time I checked I was 19% body fat I'm not too sure how accurate that is as it was my first time using body fat calipas and there where a lot of differant formulars on the net to choose from lol.
I am currently unemployed because my previous job as a lifeguard was not providing me with enough hours for a suitable job, I made the mistake of quiting my job because I thought with the "mining boom" in queensland and all the development going on in my region that it was going to be easy to find a new job...I was mistaken lol
My career goal is to join the RAAF I just need a casual job for the mean time (it can take quite some time for the application process into the RAAF)

I don't want to bulk too much, just get bellow 10% body fat and get fit and healthy, my biggest problem in the fat burning department is nutrition I LOVE FOOD! I love all food fruit, veg all the healthy stuff, unfortunatly I am also a huge fan of chocolate and icecream and all the rest of the garbage! haha I'm working on controlling my nutrition and I'm making good progress :)
I'm stuck at home most of the time because I don't have much money for fuel or to do stuff but when I get another job I want to start playing soccer again and train in Muay Thai again.

I plan on making a thread or blog on my workouts and nutrition which I would like to update daily.

Thats some basic stuff about me, I'd like to get to know a few people for support and advice and to offer my support and advice.
so friend me or comment or what ever it is that you do on the forum :)
