Me, After All This Time

Back in late May I set out to do something for myself that I had never done before. I wanted to lose weight and feel good about myself.

I have had some up and downs, but I am going to make it to my goal of being 145 for my birthday.

I still feel like I want to lose more, but I am stepping up my toning and just sticking to the way I eat.

I think I will try to get to 138, which is what the BMI says I should be, and see how I look there. But for now I'm very happy to be only like 7 lbs away from my goal.

As a side note my husband was being snoopy, and wanted to know what I was up to, just before I got the new photo took. I told him I told him I was going to take a picture of myself. He seen that I was changing out of my clothes and quickly asked with a (big smile on his face.) You are going to take nude pictures?:drool5:

Only a man would come up with that kind of thought so quickly.:rolleyes:

good job you look like a different person thans amazing work, by the way what was your weight before you start exercising?
 
My fiance said the same thing. I was like, can you please take a picture of me? And he was like, with a bathing suit right? lol. Oh boy.
But anyways, you look great!!!!

I'm going to get a free 30 day trial of the Curves club here in town, so I hope that will get me closer to my goal for my bday. If I can at least get a little closer I will be happy. I've kinda plateaued at 150.
