Hi All
First time here on this website forum.
I am just getting back into a exercise regime. I workout 5x a week. I do about 40-45 minutes of cardio (elipitcal) and then some weight training. Maybe 15 minutes worth.
Someone told me about this 'breakfast meal' good for people who workout.
It is instant oatmeal mixed and peanut butter added. To this I add a solid dollop of vanilla yogourt. While it is very tasty I am wondering if I am fooling myself in thinking this is low cal.
I might be answering my own question, but I need to put this out there anyway. I have not lost any weight. In fact my jeans are getting tighter. This might be due, in part to my bum and thighs getting firmer and sitting higher up on my leg is it not. And could this 'meal' which I eat at least 2x a day be fattening?
I have been replacing other food groups for this one 'meal' over the past month.
What are some better choices? I am feeling healthy and all. But I also feel bloated almost all the time.
Someone, please reply, OK?
thanks,
