Hello all! I've been keeping a diary on my own, but would like people's feedback on healthy/unhealthy. I'm not trying to be a health freak, i'm just lowering my caloric intake, so I can lose this weight. Once I lose weight, I will begin my health nut journey! Haha

Honey Nut Cheerios w/whole milk ( I know whole milk is high in fat/calories, but I'm a nanny and that's the only milk in the house)
Raspberry Light Yogurt
Lunch:
1 slice wheat bread w/ peanut butter & Jelly
Dinner:
Chicken Burrito
Orange Soda
