Whats up everyone?
Well, today i decided i want to lose weight and become skinny. I am 19 years old and a sophomore in college. I weigh 297lbs and i am 6'1".
School basically just ended for the summer and i want to lose a lot of weight before i go back. At my house i have a treadmill and a one of these machines but just not as fancy:
I want to run on the treadmill for a while, then take a break and then use the machine, then run on the treadmill once more.
I have protein drinks that i am going to make that will hopefully help out.
How much weight do you think i can lose before i go back to school sometime in the beginning of September?
What do you think i should do to achieve maximum weight loss by the time i go back to school?
