I'm new around here. Although this forum is about weight loss, it's also about fitness - maintaining your ideal weight and general state of being.

I think, in my opinion, there is an obsession about weight loss today. The best way to attain and maintain your ideal weight is the obvious: eat a balanced diet, exercise regullary, drink lots of water, and get enough sleep.

This however is not as easy as it sounds. First, it's hard enough to ensure consumption of a balanced diet. The ph level and acidity found in soils, coupled with pollution seriously jeopardizes the richness of the foods we take. Throw into the bargain a fast-and-furious lifestyle that only has time for canned overly processed foods.

To ensure that your body gets the required diet, you must supplement it.

These supplements, again in my opinion, should be natural, sourced from plants or natural organisms grown in controlled environments to ensure maximum efficacy. Think of aloe vera (aloe barbadensis) and bee pollen. These two provides our bodies with the strongest immune boosters and also acts as antioxidants to rid our bodies of toxins that inhibit nutrients absorption.
